@rmac.bsky.social I've done this type of reporting across Facebook, Twitter, Tesla, SpaceX, and now the federal government. The best way for organizations to stop their employees from leaking is to be transparent and to build trust with them. Not by telling them to remain silent because that may "hurt" the org.
